Matt and Tiffany have been married for 9 years and are delighted by their daughter Mira. They lived in Smyrna from 2010 - 2020 and leapt at the opportunity to start a new church where they consider "home". Prior to Matt’s ordination as a Teaching Elder in the EPC they both served on staff with Cru at Georgia Tech and Kennesaw State, and Tiffany continues to serve with Cru City in Atlanta. Matt loves the mountains, riding his motorcycle, UGA, chess, and can often be found hanging out at Rev Coffee. Tiffany loves the beach, her Florida Gators, card games, drawing and singing.

Matt did not grow up in the church and was an atheist until he was 23, and Tiffany has been honored to walk alongside many new and young believers as they begin their journeys with Jesus.

 

The seeds for starting a new church in Smyrna were planted in 2020 when, ironically, they moved away. God smiled and never let them forget the question He posed before their move, “Why not Smyrna?” They look forward to walking with you as you walk with Jesus and trusting God to create a community for all Smyrna to belong and become in Jesus.
